So aside from my parents returning home from their China trip and their 24 hour flight delay, I raced home after work tonight to come home to my precious new baby. Helloooo, Prada!
I will never forget this Saffiano leather smell.
And I didn’t realise how sturdy the wallet would be.
I didn’t manage to get the purple colour I wanted (or the other yellow and fire red colour choice I wanted), but I did get my second preference, blue.
I would’ve also got my MK watch today but no one could sign for it… *grumble*. It shall be on my wrist tomorrow. :) Yippee!
Having a real, adult job can have its perks. ;)
So glad I got to wear this top today that I got from Zara in Singapore. It was meant to be for my winter wardrobe but today was so gorgeous, and so is the rest of the week, yay! It also appears that this top has made me look preggers in these photos. =/
I caught up for lunch with my two friends today. Finally got the chance to try out Cantina in Mt Lawley, and ohhhh my god I wish I went sooner. Must try it for breakfast. Om nom! After lunch, I checked into Witchery down the road and decided to spend the $20 that was loaded on my Witchery card. I saw a blue long sleeved blouse but it just didn’t fit right (was just too big for me *sigh*), so I settled on a scarf instead. No biggie. Can’t wait till winter!
After that bit of shopping, I made more holes in my wallet. I got myself the Triple J Hottest 100 compilation and Foster The People’s album ($9.99, what a steal!), but decided to not get Grouplove’s, The Black Keys’, and Matt Corby’s albums. :( Meanwhile, through work, J can get cheap or free tickets to gigs played at the Astor next door so I’m hoping to go to Matt Corby’s show in a few months. Yeow!
My final week of holidays is coming to an end and I’m getting slightly nervous, and sad. My outfit of the day posts are going to be reduced as I will be wearing nursing scrubs when work starts :( What a glamourous career I have chosen for myself.
Part of my purchases today yay! :) #forever21 #zara #singapore #shopping #holiday (Taken with instagram)
Wow. I’m so glad the postie actually stayed at our door early this morning. I woke up to someone at the door this morning. I knew my mum had to be home still… But she was frantically looking for her keys to open the door. I knew it had to be a delivery for me. So yes, I ended up opening the door in my embarrassing pjs and morning face. It was sooo embarrassing, but I was grateful for the postie staying at the door. He must’ve heard us yelling to get the door. Haha.
But after years of wanting an instax mini, I finally have one! Yay! I’ve told myself not to bring it to Singapore, as I’m bringing my SLR and a spare digital. I’m planning on creating a collage on my wall, making a shape out of the photos, filled with the things I love.
I just want to go home and take photos already! The wait is killing meeeee. :(
Been wanting to get these sheer long sleeve tops for a while now. Cotton On has them in, so I might head into there after work next week and get me some before I’m no longer a staff member. :( thinking of getting black and mustard. :)

Does anyone know where I can get Zoya nail polish remover from? Either in Melbourne or Perth, preferably not online. I used this the other day and was amazed at how well it works, and the flipper was awesome as well.
I made my way to the Cotton On store after work today (Cotton On Mega, which has Rubi Shoes in there) to see if they had the Lindsay slippers in stock… AND THEY DID!!!! Omg. I went crazy. They had four different styles… and I bought three of them, lol. I finally have leopard print ones. Yay! Not the style I kinda wanted but they were comfy and close enough. Not bad for $15. WOOO!!! Can’t wait to start wearing these!
Meanwhile, I drove to IKEA to buy an extra shelf for my shoes bookcase…
I’ve been eyeing this skirt from Cotton On for weeks now (First mentioned in my previous post). After a little shopping spree the other day, I managed to find one in my size.. yay! I’m having a little crochet phase right now.
So yes, my ASOS parcel did arrive yesterday after I ordered it before the new year. FINALLY got around to buying some playsuits… yay! And I’m happy I actually fit into the petite range… although it’s so hard trying to get in and out of it… I hope I’m really not too busting to go to the toilet in it! Haha… anyway..
I am loving the shorts. It’s like my other ASOS pants. Same material and all. Hell, it even looks like the Dotti pants a little, just cut off to be shorts (it’s got the same design at the waist and everything).
I missed how much I loved shopping on ASOS.
I’m trying to get over my fear of lipsticks now. Actually, it’s not much of a fear, I just don’t like the taste of it and all the colours and brands are totally overwhelming for me. Plus I like to wear minimal make up, and I thought I should notch it up a bit and add some colour to my lips now.
After I asked my sister for some recommendations, I went out and bought Revlon’s Kiss Me Coral today. Haven’t worn it yet but I’m liking it so far. My shopping list includes: MAC Russian Red, MAC Speak Louder, and MAC Crosswires. Yes, a lot of MAC, lol, but I’m planning on getting around two MAC lippies in Singapore. 46 days to go! *sigh*
I went crazy at the Diva sale just before christmas. Bought four statement necklaces for $5 each. Got this one for $5. Win! :)
