Been wanting to get these sheer long sleeve tops for a while now. Cotton On has them in, so I might head into there after work next week and get me some before I’m no longer a staff member. :( thinking of getting black and mustard. :)

I am certainly going to miss my staff discount for Cotton On and their other brands…

Outfit was inspired by a previous photo I reblogged early this morning when I didn’t sleep until 6am… anyway!

I’m filling in my resignation form when I go into work tomorrow. My manager said she got my letter and I felt so bad! Considering they need people to work. Oh well.

I’m making chicken fajitas tonight. I have been craving fajitas for sooo long now after reblogging a photo of fajitas, and I loooove Mexican food.

Anyway, I better get back to dinner!

I’m so glad that Perth has been having a relief from all the hot weather we’ve been having lately. It’s almost as if we brought along the wet weather from Melbourne. I can’t wait until the weekend so I can see my gorgeous niece. I miss her so much! Pretty sure she’s walking properly now. So quick!

I’m going to go get my Grill’d fix for lunch later, after J finished work. Tomorrow is one of our anniversaries, and I’m craving ribs soooo bad for some reason, so we might head out to dinner tomorrow night (even though we should be saving for Singapore).

I’m handing in my resignation letter to work next week just incase I needed to give them two weeks notice. I’m so nervous. I really don’t want to quit. After having trouble finding work for 1.5 years, I finally found one that is suited to me, only to leave a few months later. Oh well. Life goes on.

Shirt dress: Cotton On / Shorts: ASOS / Necklace: Sportsgirl / Sandals: (forgot and can’t read the name!) / Bag: Charles & Keith

I had the most amazing time in Melbourne over the weekend. I came back last night to disgusting hot weather. Bah. I forgot how hot Perth was.

We ate till we couldn’t eat anymore, we walked until I sprained my ankle, we shopped till we dropped, we gambled until we were tired. Sooooo good.

Wasn’t expecting to cook dinner tonight since my foot is still sore and i don’t really want to cook after having all that delicious food in Melbourne, but there’s nothing much in the fridge so looks like I’ll be cooking. Going to make a nice potato salad - so perfect for summer. I’m hoping I’ll be okay to drive later. I’ll be going to watch J’s weekly touch rugby game and tonight he’s going to play after having multiple injuries which have prevented him from playing in our mixed team and the men’s team this season.

It’s good to be back but I wish I wasn’t, haha. I’m so ready to leave again in 25 days for Singapore!

It was my niece’s 1st birthday party today. all grown up now… Next birthday she’ll be able to walk and talk! The place was full of babies… So cute! I’m just about to watch My Sassy Girl, one of my favourite movies. They’re turning it into a drama which I am so excited for. Yay! Anyway before I watch it, I’m wearing:

- Cotton On blouse
- ASOS rolled up hem shorts
- Charles & Keith satchel bag
- Dark brown sandals

The other day at work, my manager told me that our regional manager wanted a photo of what every staff member is wearing every day for a competition within the company. I had no idea this was happening, so I wasn’t wearing all Cotton On branded clothes… which was a shame because I wanted to wear a maxi skirt that day but it was stinking boiling!

I was asked to work today, so this was a perfect chance. It’s so exciting, I have no idea why. It was still way too hot to wear a maxi skirt. I don’t have many bottoms that are work friendly and I don’t have many accessories from them either! I wanted to wear a belt with it but I don’t have any from the brand. :( But this was the best I could come up with:

- Cotton On Marseille woven top (it’s sooo light and comfy to wear, I should have bought more!)

- Cotton On Halle skirt

- Rubi Shoes Isabel bangle set (I swear I’m missing one bracelet!)

- Rubi Shoes Evie ballet flats

Now what to wear on Monday?! I should have bought those shorts… Damn it! :(

I’ve been eyeing this skirt from Cotton On for weeks now (First mentioned in my previous post). After a little shopping spree the other day, I managed to find one in my size.. yay! I’m having a little crochet phase right now.

Today was pretty eh, just a really hot day. Blah. Way too hot to stay at home… what better way than to go shopping? :) I did buy a few things with my trusty little staff discount. Finally found more colours of my maxi skirt *yay*! Also got around to finally buying that crochet skirt. Still tried to find those Lindsay slippers to no avail. :(

Anyway, today I wore:

Cotton On Oslo Crochet top

ASOS Belted Roll Hem Shorts

Sportsgirl white spaghetti strap top

Valleygirl leaf pendant (old)

Rubi Shoes pale pink snake print ballet flats

Charles & Keith leather satchel bag

Lazy day today. Although I am making dinner for J’s family tonight. Nothing special, just my yummy bangers and mash. :) will post up the recipe soon. My sister and I found it when she was still living at home and we’d always have cravings for it.

Anyway I’m in a bit of a hurry so I will edit this post later with proper everythings.

Today I’m wearing:

Sass & Bide Lady Day black skinny leg jeans
Cotton On polka dot blouse
cotton on pale pink skin print ballet flats
Charles & Keith satchel hand bagASOS Enamel Tree Pendant Necklace

Today I’m wearing:

ASOS Enamel Tree Pendant Necklace

Birthday outfit last night, wearing:

Cotton On pink blouse
Cotton On navy/white tube skirt
Siren black patent heels
ASOS envelope clutch
ASOS Linked Chain Chunky Cuff

As always, I’m always indecisive. So I ended up changing the tops. As I was cleaning my clothes rack, I saw this top that had fallen on the floor and wondered why I didn’t give this top a chance. I reckon this one is a little better than the ASOS top, considering for the type of event I’m going to tonight. I feel that this looks more formal now, the other outfit was more like a day outfit. So I changed the belt to a tan coloured belt to bring the two colours together, and neutralise it a bit, to make it look more down-to-earth. In the end, I think I did alright. :)

Top: Sportsgirl
Belt: ASOS

Better? Worse?

It took me HOURS to figure out how to do my outfit for tonight’s birthday dinner with my girl friends. I just didn’t know what went with pleated skirts. I went from nautical shirt, to plain white shirt, to polka dot and white blouses… But I don’t think these skirts suit me very much. I did OK in the end, I think. In the end, tonight, I’m wearing:

Cropped chiffon top: ASOS
Pleated skirt: Cotton On
Snake skin heels: Witchery
Necklace: Lovisa
Belt: ASOS
Chunky linked chain bracelet: ASOS
Gold sequin clutch: Zara

Now I have to figure out what to wear for my real birthday dinner tomorrow night. Eh. I’ll figure that out tomorrow.

Have a wonderful day/night, people. :) I’ll be having delicious noms with my favourite people in the world. :)

I love wearing this. It’s so fun to wear, and so free. :)
